I started Division Street Digital because I kept meeting neighborhood business owners who were losing customers online — not to bigger competitors with better products, but to empty Google profiles, neglected reviews, and websites that never quite worked. They didn't need a national agency or a six-figure retainer. They needed someone who could build a local marketing system that actually drives calls, visits, and bookings — and explain it in plain language.
For more than 20 years, I've helped businesses get found, look professional, and grow online — from websites and e-commerce to the local search and reputation work that decides who customers call first. I hold an MBA and have spent my career at the intersection of strategy and execution: not just recommending what to fix, but rolling up my sleeves and doing it with you.
